In its relatively short history, Prima 200 has completed a wide range of high quality schemes which are making a positive difference to the region. As the Prima 200 portfolio of current and future developments shows, the North Staffordshire LIFT programme continues to thrive.

With a proven capability of developing a diverse range of buildings that deliver value for money and lasting community benefits, our developments are designed to meet a wide range of community needs, in addition to those traditionally associated with primary care.  For example, the new Mill Rise Village scheme which involved eight partner organisations working in close cooperation, consists of extra care housing, shops and community facilities as well as a health centre.
