John Taylor

Independent Chairman

John is an experienced business general manager. Most of his career was spent with Cadbury Schweppes Plc where he held a number of senior positions including two Managing Director posts. He holds a number of other appointments, including being a Trustee of the Birmingham Botanical Gardens and also works as an independent business consultant.

Richard Williams


Integral to setting up Prima 200, Richard acts as Commercial Director for the LIFTCo and leads on all commercial aspects of its activities. As part of his role, he is responsible for monitoring the legal and commercial aspects of each stage of development transactions. He underpins Prima 200's approach to partnership working, ensuring each and every transaction is fair for all parties and will fully deliver the client’s requirements. From securing funding arrangements that are robust, to ensuring leases provide operational flexibility, his work is centred on delivering best value to the client.

Julian Keyte


Julian has overall responsibility for the management and investment performance of the Prima 200 property portfolio. With a wealth of experience in property management and construction, he ensures all buildings are specified to maximise performance for the end user, as well as the ability to maintain the building in practical and cost effective terms.

Committed to continually improving the quality of healthcare facilities, he also manages the lifecycle performance of Prima 200's buildings, focusing on the influence of design, materials and construction on reducing energy usage and operating costs.

Mark Grinonneau


Mark works closely with partners across health, local authorities and the private sector to lead and support a strategic approach to the planning, utilisation and disposal of the primary healthcare and community estate. With a clear focus on driving efficiencies and delivering savings, Mark delivers high quality professional Strategic Estate Planning and Asset Management Services, promoting better service integration to drive improvements in efficiency and better health outcomes for patients.

Wendy Teo

Strategic planning & stakeholder engagement

Wendy brings a wealth of experience in communication and stakeholder engagement, specifically around public private joint venture partnerships, estates transformation and estates development programmes. By taking a positive approach to scheme communications she creates opportunities to liaise with communities and stakeholders, offering clients the advice and support they need to support their own communication programmes.

Her wide-ranging experience spans the acute sector, as well as primary and community care, helping clients to achieve their strategic objectives and deliver effective solutions in an efficient and joined-up way.

Emma Pickering

Marketing and Communications Manager

Emma works within the Marketing and Communications team at Prime and is the principle marketing and communications contact for Prima 200. Emma is responsible for involving and informing key stakeholders in Prima 200 schemes.
