On handover of the completed building, Prima 200 LIFT, in partnership with Prime, becomes responsible for ‘hard’ facilities management for the lifetime of the lease.

This includes a full, planned preventative maintenance programme, a 24-hour reactive maintenance service and access to a complete professional building aftercare and improvement package. The comprehensive support gives building managers confidence that any issues will be swiftly resolved, and continuous monitoring ensures that building performance continues to meet high expectations.

Our team has extensive skill in asset management, not only managing its own core buildings, but we have also assisted other Primary Care Trusts in development of their CIAMS work.
