Our mission at Prima 200 LIFT is:
To provide, through partnership, a unique package of property and estates solutions to the public sector in support of the commissioning of high quality public services for local communities which are demonstrably value for money.We do this through a range of activities from the provision and maintenance of new high quality buildings; refurbishment, improvement or extension of current public buildings and property consultancy services which allow the public sector to maximise service outcomes and value from its estate. The Prima 200 LIFT partnership brings together the skills and expertise of the public and private sector participants to improve public services for local people.
