One of the most valuable benefits of LIFT is its long-term nature, which enables learning and experience gained on one project to be carried forward to the next. As schemes have grown in scope, ambition and imagination, we’ve continued to strengthen the way we operate and the services we offer.
The aim of Prima 200 LIFT and its private sector partner Prime plc, is to focus on the best possible delivery of every building, working with public sector partners to provide better environments and support structures for service users and front line professionals. One of the most experienced and effective investor-developers in its field, Prime is also the development partner of BaS LIFT, the LIFT Company for Birmingham and Solihull.
With a proven capability of developing a diverse range of buildings that deliver value for money and lasting community benefits, our developments are designed to meet a wide range of community needs, in addition to those traditionally associated with primary care. For example, Mill Rise Village involved eight partner organisations working in close cooperation, and consists of extra care housing, shops and community facilities as well as a health centre.
